How long is a new patient appointment?

-90 Minutes
 

What are the clinic hours?

-We try to accommodate as many people as possible. Appointments can be as early as 9:30am or as late as 5:30pm. Saturdays are also available from 9-2pm. Please text us or send us an email with your requested appointment date and time.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

-Wear comfortable clothing and bring some running or workout shorts/leggings and your normal running shoes.
